Panic attacks are very common, extremely unpleasant and are fear and anxiety based.

If you are suffering from panic attacks the one thing to remember is to keep your shoulders back and to breath deeply. What happens in a panic attack is one starts to shallow breathe and everything tightens up which can lead to a pounding heart and or chest pains, dizziness and an overwhelming sense of loss of control.

Hypno analysis and CBT is a very successful therapy for this and so if you are experiencing panic attacks you should seek help as it will be caused by underlying anxiety.
