Transference
Whenever we meet someone, we give and receive what is known as Transference. It is a two-way subliminal projection of energy that provides us with a feeling about the other person. When we meet someone we have never met before we make our minds up as to whether we like or dislike them. We do this automatically without knowing anything about them or their lives. When someone takes an instinctive dislike to us, there is always a reason. Perhaps something about you reminds them of a bad experience, or another person they dislike, or a trait they despise, or maybe they are envious of you somehow. And sometimes it is because that person doesn’t like who they are, and therefore doesn’t want anyone. Whatever the reason, there will be an issue triggered in that person. So there is no need to ever take it personally. When we take an instinctive like to someone, it is because that other person has qualities that we admire, they have something in common with us, or we can relate to them in some way.
