Hello to you and thanks for taking the time to view my page.

What I do
I work with all of the issues mentioned above but specialise in therapy with anxiety-based issues in both adults and children which can cause many symptoms including, nervousness, lack of confidence, mood swings, obsessions, compulsions, fear, IBS, migraines, phobias, sleep disorder, hypochondria, depression and melancholia and much more...
Anxiety related statistics
Did you know that there are 275 million people worldwide reported to be suffering from some type of anxiety disorder and that 1 in every 9 children are reported to be suffering anxiety related issues? There were 8.2 million cases of anxiety reported in the UK in 2013 and in the US alone it is reported that 40 million people are suffering from anxiety. Many more are not seeking help. This is a huge global problem and one that seems to be steadily rising.
Solving your problem
Most people are only aware of their presenting problem such as a habit, a behaviour or a feeling, when in fact there is often an underlying issue buried in the subconscious. For successful and permanent treatment this needs to be found and addressed. Whatever issues you are experiencing, I would very much like to help you overcome them...
As well as my own practice, I work freelance for the respected and well-known practice Hampshire Hypnotherapy located in Whitely Fareham. I constantly continue my study in mental health practices so that I can offer the very best treatments to my clients.
