Fear is something we need to survive but when you are frightened of things that have not happened or overly fearful then you should seek help to overcome this.

If you are fearful of something that hasn’t happened then you are simply predicting or guessing an outcome and suffering “fantasised fear” this means that you are frightened by the fear itself. The word fear is an extremely powerful word that scares us and when used in overthinking or over analysing is really a lack of self-belief, so what if we perceived it as a positive word or feeling? as it is to protect and alerts us to potential dangers. Having “no fear” should be much more concerning as it exposes us to much more risk and danger.

When we feel fear, we are simply being advised by our subconscious to check everything is OK and act accordingly.
