I went to see Ivan not expecting much as I had tried counciling, from our first meeting I could tell this was going to be different. He was absolutely great from start to finish, I was suffering from anxiety, depression, over eating, low self esteem and an unhealthy relationship with alchol. After seeing Ivan for about 5 times I felt like a completely different person, he has changed my life he gave me the tools to continue with my journey after, I am now 9 months sober, lost 3 1/2 stone, my anxiety has gone and I feel like a brand new person I can not thank him enough and would highly recommend seeing Ivan thank you 🙏🏼

We were recommended to try Ivan by a good friend. The waiting list for CAMHS help was just too long and we didn’t know where to turn with our autistic son who was having suicidal thoughts. Well I have to say seeing Ivan was the best decision we made for our boy. Not only does he no longer talk of taking his life, he is actually loving life. We have the occasional “dip” but when we talk about the “tools” Ivan has taught him and we reread the books he’s written for children, they don’t last very long at all. I first reached out to Ivan after years of living with anxiety and being an incredibly deep overthinker. These habits had a significant impact on myself, my friends and my family. I carried very toxic traits, which I had allowed to run their course for a long time, establishing bad habits.
